Helen started her independent consulting practice to serve Canadian companies who are seeking to strengthen their approaches to talent management. At the board level, Helen advises directors on CEO succession planning and helps them design more effective processes for evaluating the CEO and reviewing executive talent below the CEO. At the management level, she works with senior executive teams and HR leaders to help them build a stronger pool of leadership talent in their organizations. Helen frequently teaches and speaks to a variety of forums on these same topics.
